William Lewis Spring
Of Arlington Heights

William Lewis Spring, a 45 year resident of Arlington Heights, was born August 21, 1927 in Racine, Wisconsin to Charles and Josephine (nee Strewler) Spring. He died Sunday, June 27, 2010 at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights.

Mr. Spring was W.L. Spring & Associates Inc. in Chicago and Park Ridge for over 25 years before retiring. He served for nine years in the US Navy and was in the Pacific during WW II. William is a former member of the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign War.

His survivors include his wife M. Madelyn nee Young whom he married August 10, 1957; his brother-in-law Phillip “Jack” (Pearl) Young, his sister-in-law June Spring; his niece Christine and his nephews Eric, Nicholas, Kevin and Robert E.

William is preceded in death by his parents and his sister Marjorie and his brothers Charles H. and Robert.

Funeral services and interment were private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to a charity of donors choice.
