Lowell Lindholm
Of Buffalo Grove

Lowell Lindholm, 84, a 50 year resident of Buffalo Grove, and most recently of Addolorata Villa in Wheeling, passed away on Tuesday, June 22, 2010. He was born June 24, 1925 in Chicago to Olga (nee Ehrhardt) and Harry Lindholm.

Mr. Lindholm was a WWII veteran, serving in the US Navy. He worked for Heinemann’s Bakeries in Chicago for over 40 years, and retired as Vice President.

He married his beloved, the late Nancy (nee Heraty) in 1955, and is survived by their 7 children, Christine Lueders (Mark Robbins) of Deer Park, Julie (Roy) Browning of Buffalo Grove, Tom (Sue) of Deer Park, Patricia (Charlie) Dulkoski of Arlington Heights, Mike (Cheryl) of Arlington Heights, Bill (Maria) of Rolling Meadows, and Peggy (Joe) Taborek of Kildeer; his loving grandchildren, Brian, Rob (Fiancé Lisa), Matt, Caitlin, Greg, Amy, Kathleen, Christine, Stan, Kendra, Katie, Tia, Michael, Alyssa, Thomas, Jordyn, Madison, Carson, and Cate; loving brother of Tom (Marge) of Deerfield, and the late Martin (Anita) Giertz and Milton (Anne) Giertz; fond brother-in-law of Dolores (Patrick) Lindgren of Arlington Heights, Patrick (Carol) Heraty of Chicago, Patricia (Jack) Caldwell of Wheeling, and the late Rosemary Jansen, Peggy Widduck, and Hugh Heraty; and was the favorite uncle of many nieces and nephews.

Visitation from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Sunday, June 27, 2010 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights. Prayers 9:00 AM, Monday, June 28, 2010 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., to St. Mary Catholic Parish 10 N. Buffalo Grove Road, Buffalo Grove for Mass at 10:00 AM. Burial at St Mary Parish Cemetery.
