Dorothy Ann Magnuson
Of Arlington Heights

Dorothy A. Magnuson was born July 25, 1950 in Chicago to Joseph A. and Dorothy (nee Carbary) Barba. She died June 17, 2010 at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights.

Mrs. Magnuson was a teacher and Vice Principal at Queen of the Rosary from 1972 to 1980.

She is survived by her husband, Donald R. Magnuson whom she married November 15, 1975 in Chicago; Her sons Ryan and Adam Magnuson, both of Arlington Heights and by her siblings Sondra, Larry, Terry and Lynne.

Visitation will be from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM Friday, June 18, 2010 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights. Funeral service 11:00 AM, Saturday, June 19, 2010 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd. Interment is private.
