E. Carol Nanfield
Of Wonder Lake
E. Carol Nanfield was born on August 26, 1916 in Riceville, IA to
William C. and Anna (nee Piepenbrink) Niemeyer. She passed away on June
29, 2009 in Woodstock.
Carol is survived by her children, Marilyn (William) Carr of Elkhorn, WI
and William L. (Merribeth) Nanfield of Wonder Lake; and her
grandchildren, Nancy (Jay) Edwards, Brian (Grace) Carr, Aimee (Aaron)
Owens, Jennifer (Paul) Prentice, Kendra Nanfield and Matthew Nanfield.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd R. Nanfield; her
brother, Richard Niemeyer; and her sisters, Lora Zehnle and Lydia Bleile.
Visitation Friday, July 3, 2009 from 10:00 AM until the time of services
at 11:00 AM at Faith Lutheran Church, 431 S. Arlington Heights Rd.,
Arlington Heights. Interment St. Peter Lutheran Church Cemetery,
Arlington Heights.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Faith
Lutheran Church at the address above.
