Catherine Soderholm nee McCafferty, 49 years of age, was born on August 6, 1959 in Chicago, Illinois to Donald and Rosalyn (nee Gall) McCafferty. She died June 12, 2009 at her home in Arlington Heights.

Mrs. Soderholm was employed by Sargeant & Lundy for 33 years. She received her undergraduate degree from Mundelein University in 1988 and a Masters in Finance and Accounting from DePaul University in 1992.

She is survived by her husband of 27 years Robert L. Soderholm; her parents; her siblings Don McCafferty, MaryBeth (Dan) Lisek, Sean (Angela) McCafferty; her nieces and nephews Shane and Cade McCafferty, Luke, Kristen, Kyle and Katie Trayser.

Memorial Visitation from 3:00PM until 9:00 PM, Tuesday, June 16, 2009 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights. Memorial Mass, 10:00 AM, Wednesday, June 17, 2009 at St. James Church, 831 N. Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights.
