Warren Kolback
Of Lake in the Hills
Warren Kolback was born
on July 26, 1949 in
Dickson City, PA to
Joseph and Regina (nee
Kwiatkowski) Kolback. He
passed away suddenly on
June 12, 2008 in
Evansville, IN
Warren was a master
dental technician and a
real estate agent. He
loved music and played
the keyboard in many
bands over the years. He
was also a rock
collector, a Reiki
master and a bonsai
master.
Warren is survived by
his wife, Toshiko (nee
Komatsu), his daughter,
Gina (Jim) Menden,
step-sons, Jonathan
(Sharon) Williams and
Christopher Williams,
his grandchildren,
Ariana and Andrew Menden
and his
step-granddaughter, Enya
Bancroft.
Visitation Tuesday,
June 17, 2008 from 3:00
PM until time of funeral
services at 7:00 PM at
the Glueckert Funeral
Home, Ltd., 1520 N.
Arlington Heights Rd.,
(4 blocks south of
Palatine Rd.) Arlington
Heights. Interment
private.
