Peter C. Hoffman was born August 21, 1946 in Chicago to Conrad and Ellen (nee Anderson) Hoffman. He died May 29, 2008 at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights.

survivors include his wife Beverly (nee Behrens) whom he married October 27, 1979; his children Sean, Eric and Daniel; his siblings Patricia (late Dennis) Kowalski, Susan (Gene) Folkes and Michael (Kathy) Hoffman and by his mother.

Pete is preceded in death by his father.

Memorial visitation Wednesday June 4, 2008 from 3:30 PM until the time of memorial service at 7 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights. Interment Private.
