Nick Manzella

Nick Manzella, formerly of Mundelein, was born March 31, 1964 in Chicago, to Salvatore and Maria (nee Avolio) Manzella. He died Sunday, June 24, 2007 at his home.

Mr. Manzella was the owner of La Rosa Restaurant and Pizzeria in Vernon Hills. He was a contributor to and supporter of many local charities and organizations both personally and by sponsorship through his restaurant.

Nick is survived by his wife of 9 years, Yvette nee Armenta, whom he married October 10, 1997; his daughter Maria; his brother Dominick (Nancy) Manzella; and his nieces Maria and Jenevieve Manzella.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation from 3:00 until 9:00 PM, Thursday, June 28, 2007 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights and Friday, June 30, 2007 at St. Edna Catholic Church 2525 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights from 10:00 AM time of Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM. Interment at All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines.
