Nancy M. Cozzarelli was born in Perth Amboy, NJ on August 22, 1965 to Angelo J. and Eileen A. (nee Mooney) Cozzarelli. She passed away Tuesday, June 27, 2006 in Park Ridge.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brothers, Joseph A., James R. (Bernadette) and Michael M., her sister, Katherine M., and her nieces, Alexis and Celeste.
Visitation Thursday, June 29, 2006 from 3 PM until 9:00 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights and Friday at St. Edna Catholic Church 2525 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights from 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM, Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM Friday at St. Edna Church. Interment will be at St. Michael Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society, 225 N. Michigan Ave., Ste 1200, Chicago, IL 60601.
