Barbara Jeanne Korff
Of Schaumburg

Barbara Jeanne Korff (nee Wertz) was born December 11, 1938 in Chicago to Herman and Evelyn (nee Schlichenmaier) Wertz. She died Tuesday, June 28, 2005 at her home.

Barbara was a devoted wife, mother and homemaker. A friend to all she met.

Barbara' is survived by her husband Donald, whom she married on November 7, 1959 in Chicago; children, Glen D. (Deb) Korff, Lynn Korff, Sandra (Jose) Aguilar; her grandchildren Joshua, Kathryn, Matthew, Anne, and Emmalyn; brother, Ken Wertz; Brother-in-law, Roy(Jacqueline) Korff; niece, Cynthia (Bill) Grandt.

Funeral services will be held at the Lord of Life Lutheran Church, 119 W. Wise Rd. Schaumburg Friday, July 1, 2005 at 11:00 AM. Visitation Thursday from 3:00 until 9:00 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd. 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road ( 4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights. Interment will be at Irving Park Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Cancer Institute of Alexian Brothers 820 W. Biesterfield Rd. Elk Grove Village, IL 60007.
