Lillian Schimpf

Arlington Heights resident for the past 20 years

Lillian Schimpf was born December 9, 1917, in Chicago to John and Rosalie (nee Kolesa) Slimak. She died Friday, June 24, 2005 at the Alexian Brothers Hospice House in Elk Grove Village.

Lillian was a homemaker.

Her survivors include her children, Judith Ann (James) King of St. Charles, Albert William (Permal) Schimpf of Carol Stream, Marie Therese (James) Waters of Menominee Falls, Wisc., Elizabeth Rose (Paul) Hannaway of Mt. Prospect, Linda Louise (John) Fink of Arlington Heights, and Pamela Jean (John) Skurkay of Cincinnati, Ohio; her 11 grandchildren and her four great grandchildren.

Lillian is preceded in death by her husband Albert Schimpf, her daughter Sharon Luella Schimpf.

Memorial gathering Saturday, July 2, 2005 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights from 9:00 until time of prayers at 10:15 AM, proceeding to St. James Catholic Church, 831 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights for Memorial Mass at 11:00 AM.
