Arlene W. Fleming
Of Arlington Heights

Arlene W. Fleming was born February 17, 1923, in Chicago; she died Tuesday,
June 21, 2005 at Rosewood Care Center in Inverness.

Arlene was a wonderful mother, dedicated wife, and friend to anyone who crossed her path. Her long list of acquaintances includes those with whom she loved to play golf and go bowling. She contributed to many charities, and was a 60-year Alpha Epsilon Master Member of Beta Sigma Phi.

Arlene was the beloved wife of the late F. Vernon Schlexer and the late William P. Fleming. She is survived by her children, Fredrick V. "Ric" (Maria Carrillo) Schlexer, Deborah (Terry) Mican, and Scott D. Schlexer; granddaughters Stephanie and Laura Radloff; and sister-in-law, Marie C. Schlexer. Arlene will be greatly missed by her long-time friend and caregiver, William Priester.

Visitation Thursday, June 23, 2005 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM Thursday at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights. Prayers at 9:15 AM, Friday, June 24, 2005 from the Glueckert Funeral Home, proceeding to St. James Church, 831 N. Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights for Mass at 10 AM. Interment at All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines.
