Mildred Gedmine
Of Buffalo Grove formerly Westmont

Mildred Gedmine was born August 8, 1916 in Chicago to John and Victoria (nee Wolowiec) Cygan. She died Friday, June 10, 2005 at Northwest Community Healthcare Center in Arlington Heights.

Mildred's survivors include her children Melodie (Stanley) Czepiel of Arlington Heights and Judy (Daniel) Dill of Arizona & Montana; her grandchildren Lori Anne Czepiel, Lisa Marie (William) Kohr, Mark (Amy) Czepiel, Clover (Christopher) Metzker and Samantha Dill; her great grandchildren Will Kohr, Jamie Kohr, Jack Kohr, Paige Czepiel, and Morgan Czepiel; her sister Hattie Kruzel and her brother Edwin Cygan.

She was preceded by her husband Albert Gedmine; her sisters Ann Valasek and Adeline Wajda, and her brother Raymond Cygan.

Visitation Wednesday, June 15, 2005 from 3:00 until 9:00 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights. Prayers 9:15 AM, Thursday, June 16, 2005 from the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., to St. Mary Catholic Church 10 N. Buffalo Grove Road, Buffalo Grove for Mass at 10:00 AM. Burial will be Resurrection Cemetery, Justice.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Catholic Charities, 126 North Des Plaines, Chicago, IL 60606-6696.
