Thelma I. Cook
Thelma I. Cook was born September 26, 1921 in Chillicothe, Illinois to
Fred A. and Bessie J. (nee Hill) Harvey. She died Friday, June 10, 2005
at her son's home in Arlington Heights, Illinois.
Mrs. Cook was a homemaker and also a Registered Beautician, and had been
a secretary for Illinois Zinc in Chicago and was a receptionist for
Johns Manville Corporation in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Thelma is survived by her husband Dale H. Cook, whom she married August
23,
1941 in Lacon, Illinois; her sons Douglas L. Cook and Brad J. Cook; and
her brother Charles F. (Lucille) Harvey of Peoria and by several nephews
and nieces.
She is preceded in death by her twin sister, Velma I. Danforth of
Peoria, IL and another sister, Verna Joithe of San Antonio, TX
Funeral services were private. Arrangements by the Glueckert Funeral
Home, Ltd., Arlington Heights.
