Shirley Mendlik, 93, formerly of Arlington Heights, beloved wife of the late Raymond Mendlik Sr.; loving mother of Edward (Virginia) Mendlik, Raymond Jr. (Bobbie) Mendlik and the late Wayne (Terry) Mendlik; loved grandmother of ten and great-grandmother of many.

Visitation 3 until 9 pm Thursday, May 30, 2013 at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights and Friday, May 31, 2013 from 9 am until the time of Mass at 10 am at St. Cecilia Church, 700 S. Meier Road, Mount Prospect. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Make-A-Wish Foundation, 640 N. LaSalle, Suite 280, Chicago, IL 60654.
