Pauline Helen Czaplewski was born on November 9, 1922 in Chicago to Thaddeus and Tekla Schlaeger. She died Wednesday, May 15, 2013 Arlington Heights.

Mrs. Czaplewski is survived by her spouse of 65 years, Raymond Czaplewski; her children, Raymond (Vicki) Czaplewski, Charles (Nancy) Czaplewski, and Steven Czaplewski; her grandchildren, Jennifer Czaplewski, Brian (Horeya) Czaplewski, Brooke (Marc) Grasley, Michael (Mary) Czaplewski, Valerie (Jason) Kordek, Glen Czaplewski, and Kristen Czaplewski; and six and a half great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her son, John R. (Pamela) Czaplewski.

A memorial visitation will be held at 9:00 am until time of memorial Mass at 10:00 am, Monday, May 20, 2013 at St. Mary Parish, 10 N. Buffalo Grove Rd., Buffalo Grove, IL 60089. Interment Private.
