Louis J. Stauter
Of Hawthorn Woods, formerly of Arlington Heights

Louis Stauter was born on April 13, 1937 in Evanston, to George and Josephine (nee Frantal) Stauter. He died on May 28, 2010 at Condell Medical Center in Libertyville.

Louis is survived by his wife of 48 years, Mary Fran (nee Waddick) Stauter; his children, Steve Stauter of New Lisbon, WI, Meg Stauter of Santa Monica, CA, Karen (Cary) Goldberg of Hawthorn Woods and Kathy (Dan) Miller of St. Charles, MO; his grandchildren, David and Samuel Goldberg and Braden and Macy Miller; his siblings, Joan (Tom) Alicoate, Frances (the late Al) Vander Ploeg and Rose (Dan) Casey.

Visitation Tuesday, June 1, 2010 from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights and Wednesday, June 2, 2010 at St. Edna Catholic Church 2525 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights from 9:00 AM until time of Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM at St. Edna Catholic Church. Interment will be at All Saints Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to: Adrian Dominicans Sisters, 22851 Lexington Ave., East Pointe, MI 48021.
