Juanita N. Cervantes was born May 18, 1954 in Evanston, IL to Jesus and Gloria Vasquez. She died May 26, 2009 at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights.

Juanita is survived by her husband Alvaro Cervantes whom she married December 6, 1975; her children Al Jr., Gloria, Lisa and Crystal; her grandchildren Angel, Daniel, Liliana and Nadia; her siblings Juan (Annette), Jesse (Leslie), Peter (Barbara) and Arthur Vasquez; by her parents and by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation Friday , May 29, 2009 from 3PM until the time of funeral service at 8 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights. Interment Private.
