Mary Clare Kenney was born on November 22, 1932 in Kewanee to Clarence and Anna (nee Real) Barto. She passed away on May 25, 2009 in Arlington Heights.

Mary had many interests, including golfing, travel, shopping, and going out for lunch. She loved spending time with her many children and grandchildren.

Mary is survived by her husband of 54 years, Bill; her children, Mary Anne (Patrick) Kielty, Susan (Robert) Meredith, Kathy (John) Supplitt, Bill (Nina) Kenney, Maureen (Tim) Conrad, John (Danielle) Kenney and Bob (Jenny) Kenney; and her grandchildren, Bill, Meg, Kathy and Mary Kielty, Ian Meredith, Bridget, Mary Kate, Tom and Clare Supplitt, Nora, Jack and Sally Kenney, Sheila, Patrick, Michael, Matthew and Molly Conrad, Caitlin and Sean Kenney and Samantha and Shannon Kenney.

Visitation from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM Wednesday, May 27, 2009 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights. Prayers 9:15 AM Thursday, May 28, 2009 at the funeral home to St. James Church, 831 N. Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights for Mass at 10:00 AM. Interment All Saints Cemetery.
