He is survived by his parents; his brothers, Kurt J. (Tracey) Vanderah and Mark T. (Cathy Blancaflor) Vanderah; his sister, Sarah E. Vanderah; his nephew, Jacob; his niece, Lauren; and many dear friends.

Visitation from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM, Thursday, May 7, 2009 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights. Prayers 10:45 AM, Friday, May 8, 2009 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., to St. James Church, 831 N. Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights for Mass at 11:30 AM. Interment private.
