Eleanor Jackson was born on May 20, 1916 in Chicago to Edwin and Nancy (nee Segersell) Fobes. She passed away on May 26, 2008 in Arlington Heights.
She is survived by her sons, Charles A. (Marie) Jackson and Jay (Mary Kim) Jackson, her grandchildren, Julianne (Rob Pileckis) Jackson, Katherine (Mark Nelson) Jackson and John, Dan and Brian Jackson and her great-grandchildren, Jack and Amanda Nelson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Herman G. Jackson Jr.
Visitation Saturday from 9:00 Am until the time of funeral services at 10:00 AM at Hobson Road Community Church, 2531 Hobson Rd., Downers Grove. Entombment Oak Hill Cemetery, Chicago.
In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to the Lutheran Home and Services, 800 W. Oakton, Arlington Heights, IL 60004.
