Eleanor L. Gervais was born on July 18, 1918 in Annandale, MN to Wyman J. and Anna (nee Lyrenmann) Pitchford. She passed away on April 29, 2008 in Arlington Heights.
She is survived by her children, Merrily (Lance) Schlichter of Alamo, CA, Michael (Gail) Gervais of Arlington Heights and David Gervais of Buffalo Grove, her grandchildren, Kevin (Michelle) Byers, Kimberly Byers, Christina Byers, Laura Gervais and Emily (Pat) Malley, her step-grandchildren, Kevin (Robyn) Schlichter and Tamara Schlichter, her sisters, Mary (the late Ed) Cleveland and Harriet (the late Jack) Horner.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Felix J. Gervais, her grandson Eric Byers and her sisters, Marie Pitchford and Margaret (the late Harry) Mock.
Memorial Mass 11:00 AM Friday, May 2, 2008 at St. Edna Catholic Church 2525 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights. Interment private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Huntington’s Disease Society of America, 505 Eighth Ave., Suite 902, New York, NY 10018.
