Elaine H. White
Of Arlington Heights

Elaine H. White was born in Chicago on May 18, 1927 to Thomas and Caroline (nee Constantino) Jeffers. She passed away in Arlington Heights on May 23, 2007.

Elaine had a Phd. In caring. She was employed since 1945 as a wife and mother. She was happiest spending time caring for and loving her family. It was without a doubt her greatest gift to give and receive.

She is survived by her daughters, Cherie Kotara of Arlington Heights and Dawn (Frank J. Santore) White-Santore of Joliet and her grandchildren, Jen and Kim Kotara and Heidi, Kristofer, Nicolle and Alex White-Santore.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Donald F. White, her brothers, Fotis and Christos Zaphiropolous and her son in law, Jim Kotara.

Visitation from 3:00 until 9:00 PM Friday, May 25, 2007 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights. Prayers 12:15 PM Saturday, May 26, 2007 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., to St. Thomas of Villanova Catholic Church, 1201 Anderson (Anderson & Williams), Palatine for Mass at 1:00 PM. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery.
