Sophie C. Ciombor
Of Arlington Heights and Barrington

Sophie C. Ciombor was born in Chicago on November 21, 1919 to Frank and Mary Tajak. She passed away in Buffalo Grove on May 4, 2007.

She is survived by her daughters, Lynda (Richard) Reedy of Barrington and Eileen (Paul) Duski of Arlington Heights, her grandchildren, Michael (Jackie) Duski, Tara Reedy, Alison Reedy, David Duski and Brooke Reedy, her brother Henry (Helen) Tajak and her sister in law, Judy Tajak.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin F. Ciombor, her granddaughter, Lynnae Reedy, her sisters, Lottie Wrzesinski, Veronica Loch and Bernice Borek, and her brother, Roman Tajak.

Visitation Monday, May 7, 2007 from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights and Tuesday, May 8, 2007 at St. Edna Catholic Church 2525 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights from 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM. Funeral Mass 10:00 AM. Interment will be at St. Adalbert Cemetery.
