Harriet Votava was born June 28, 1914 in Zion, Illinois to Joseph and Sarah (nee Cameron) Hotham. She passed away May 5, 2006 at Nazarethville Nursing Home in Des Plaines.

She is survived by her sons, Joseph (Pam) Votava of Toledo, OH and Glenn (Janice) Votava of McHenry, her daughter, Carol (Michael) Lopriore of Prospect Heights, her grandchildren, Kelly (Christine) Lopriore, Andrew (Kim) Votava, Brad (Andrea) Votava and Kristina (Dan) Sychowski, and her 9 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph G. Votava.

Funeral services 3:00 PM Monday, May 8, 2006 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights. Visitation from 1:00 PM until the time of services.

Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the to Arlington Countryside Church, 916 E. Hintz, Arlington Heights, IL 60004.
