John W. Pobloske was born January 28, 1948 in Chicago to Charles Kenneth and Eleanor (nee Scheel) Pobloske. He died Saturday, April 29, 2006 at Northwest Community Healthcare Center in Arlington Heights.
Mr. Pobloske was co-owner of Suburban Industries Inc. in Franklin Park. In recent years, he has worked with this wife in her accounting practice. John served in the Army during the Vietnam War. He was an avid snow skier, woodworker and fisherman.
His survivors include his wife of 36 years, Maryellen nee Soltwisch, whom he married June 7, 1969; his children John W. (Rebecca) Pobloske, Jr. of Itasca and Allison (Mark) Teske of Roberts, Wisconsin; his grandchildren Carter, Logan and Ryker and step-grandchildren Taylor, Logan and Morgan; his brother Charles Kenneth Pobloske, Jr. and many nieces, nephews and dear friends
John is preceded in death by his parents.
Memorial service 7:00 PM, Thursday, May 4, 2006 at St. Hubert Catholic Church, 729 Grand Canyon St., Hoffman Estates.
Arrangements by the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to American Heart Association, Memorials & Tributes Program, Dept. 77-3968, Chicago, IL 60678-3968 or to a charity of your choice.
