Margie W. Bonaguidi
Of Des Plaines

Margie W. Bonaguidi, a 52 year resident of Des Plaines, was born December 22, 1921 in Erie, Illinois to Dr. Clarence Lewis and Clara Joanna (nee Marek) Walton. She died Friday, May 27, 2005 at Holy Family Hospital in Des Plaines.

Mrs. Bonaguidi has volunteered at Holy Family Hospital since 1961. She was a member of many local bridge clubs and enjoyed playing with her friends. Margie was a member of Rolling Green Country Club and enjoyed traveling the world. She was the May Queen of Berwyn, Cicero and Stickney, Illinois in 1939.

Her survivors include her daughters JoAnn (Dan) Fletcher of Des Plaines and Susan (Kirk) Scott of Prospect Heights; her grandchildren Daniel R., William (Kim), Matthew (Tena), Steven, Robert, Michael (Marika), Joseph, Zachary, Laura, Hilary, Erin, Andrew and Benjamin; her great granddaughters Stephanie, Jerianne, Sophia and Isabelle.

Margie is preceded in death by her husband Daniel W. Bonaguidi and her sons Daniel and Steven.

Visitation Tuesday, May 31, 2005 from 3:00 until 9:00 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights. Prayers 9:15 AM, Wednesday, June 1, 2005, from the funeral home proceeding to St. Emily Catholic Church, 1400 E. Central Rd., Mt. Prospect for Mass at 10:00 AM. Burial will be at All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth, 310 N. River Rd., Des Plaines, IL 60016.
