Violet L Warren, formerly of Arlington Heights, was born April 1, 1925, in Chicago to Albert and Violet (nee Bentsen) Hall. She died Sunday, May 8, 2005 at St. Alexius Hospital in Hoffman Estates.

Mrs. Warren Was a homemaker

Her survivors include her husband Robert J. Warren whom she married April 9, 1962 in Chicago; her children Alice (William) Schneider of Batavia, Sandie Hodor of Poplar Grove and Gus (Michele) Warren of Long Grove; her grandchildren Bobbie Jo, Brad, Derek, Courtney, Victoria and Colette; her great grandchildren Charlieanne, Christopher, Jacob and Kevin; her sister Dixie Mendola, brother Albert Hall; her brother-in-law George Warren; her nieces and nephew Nancy Warren, Dixie Lee Mendola and Tom (Kathy) Warren and her great niece Elizabeth Warren.

Violet is preceded in death by her son Charles Simmonds and her sister-in-law Elaine Warren.


Memorial visitation from 3:00 until 7:00 PM, Thursday, May 12, 2005 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights. Interment will be private.
