Douglas Leonard Fasse
Of Schaumburg

Douglas Leonard Fasse was born on December 26, 1956 in Elgin to Leonard and Phyllis (nee Kolze) Fasse. He died Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at his residence in Schaumburg.

Doug worked as a salesman for Elk Grove Bicycle Shop in Elk Grove Village. He was an avid reader, soccer fan, classical music, and loved to research different religions', and to be of service to others.

Douglas is survived by his mother, Phyllis J. Fasse, sisters, Christine A. Fasse, and Julie A. Bergeson; Nieces, Sarah E. and Mary G. Bergeson, and nephew, Jacob Bergeson; and aunt, Joyce Vittorio.

He was preceded in death by father, Leonard G. Fasse; brother, Jeffrey D. Fasse; uncle Michael Vittorio; and cousin Joe Vittorio.

Visitation Friday, April 19, 2013 from 2:00 pm until the time of the 8:00 pm Funeral Service at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 North Arlington Heights Road (4 blocks south of Palatine Road), Arlington Heights, IL 60004. Interment is private.
