Arthur Rasmussen
Of Buffalo Grove

Arthur Rasmussen was born November 24, 1924 in Chicago to Lauritz and Sofie (nee Gabrielsen) Rasmussen. He died Sunday April 14, 2013 in his home in Buffalo Grove.

Arthur is survived by his daughters, Diane June Rasmussen, Jeri (Bill) Selby and Laura (Glenn) Ours; and his grandchildren, Steve Locke, Scott Locke and Melinda Ours.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 64 years June (nee Darsch); his siblings, Lauritz Rasmussen, Lucille Copeland, and Bernice Zobel; and by his parents.

Memorial visitation Saturday, April 20, 2013 from 10:00 am until the time of memorial service at 11:00 am at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights. Interment private.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Midwest Palliative & Hospice CareCenter, 2050 Claire Court, Glenview, IL 60025.
