Dolores D. Koziatek

Dolores D. Koziatek was born on January 7, 1941 in Chicago to Theodore and Josephine (nee Osial) Rak. She died Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at her residence in Arlington Heights.

Dolores was a homemaker. In her spare time she loved to cook, loved Elvis Presley and his music, loved to play Bingo with her husband Ted, at St. Edna Catholic Church and at VFW Post 4600 in McHenry. She loved animals, especially horses and her cats, Tommy and Eddly.

Dolores is survived by her spouse Ted of 35 years, whom she married December 17, 1977 in Chicago, Judy M. Bara, friend of 65 years, and a special friend, Lovina Tarachas.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation from 9:00 AM until time of prayers at 10:15 am, Monday, April 30, 2012 at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights proceeding to St. James Catholic Church, 831 N. Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights for Mass at 11:00 AM. Interment is at St. Adalbert Cemetery in Niles.
