Ronald T. Woods

Ronald T. Woods, 67, passed away suddenly on Saturday, April 21st, 2012 at home.

He was born March 10th, 1945, in Chicago, IL and had lived in the northwest suburbs his entire life. He was a graduate of Maine West High School. To the credit of his Grandmother, Katherine Woods (nee Braschko) he entered the field of plastics engineering and later formed Genuine Plastics, Inc, a custom injection molding firm in Schaumburg. Ron enjoyed his motorsport hobbies, which involved anything with an engine.

Surviving are his wife and high school sweetheart, Judith (nee Piecuch) of Roselle; son Randall (Heidi), and granddaughters Emily and Kaitlyn of St. Charles, who were the light of his life, always calling him “Papa”.
Son of the late Stanley and Mildred (Schmidt) Woods.

Visitation will be Wednesday, April 25, 2012 from 4 to 9 PM at Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd, 1520 N. Arlington Hts. Rd., Arlington Hts., IL 60004. Funeral Service will be 11:00 AM Thursday, April 26, 2012 at the Funeral Home. Interment will be at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Arlington Hts.

In Lieu of Flowers memorial contributions may be given to St. Peter Lutheran Church, 202 East Schaumburg Road, Schaumburg, IL 60194
