Delia Symington was born January 17, 1923 in Glasgow, Scotland to Patrick and Ellen (nee Mills) McLuskey. She died on Monday, April 25, 2011.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 66 years, John Symington; her loved daughter Adele (Joseph) Gattuso of Arlington Heights; her loving grandchildren, Stacey, Courtney, and Anthony (fiancé Jennifer) Gattuso; her siblings, Ellen (the late Billy) Loftus, John (Margaret) McLuskey; and her several nieces and nephews.

Delia is preceded in death by her parents; and her sisters, Rose and Sadie.

Visitation from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Thursday, April 28, 2011 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights. Funeral service 10:00 AM, Friday, April 29, 2011 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd. Interment is at All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines.
