Les P. Bednarski was born on February 1, 1949 in Chicago to Leonard and Eugenia (nee Janicki) Bednarski. He passed away on April 20, 2010 in Arlington Heights.

In addition to his mother, Les is survived by his cousins, Edward A. (Julie) Wolski, Lorraine (Joseph) Sklaney, Gayle Wolski, Ryon (Lindsey) Wolski and Christopher Sklaney.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Janice (nee Banoul); his father; and his brother, Alan Bednarski.

Visitation Friday, April 23, 2010 from 10:00 AM until the time of funeral Mass at 11:00 AM at St. Edna Catholic Church 2525 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society, 1114 N. Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights, IL 60004.
