Theresa Ann Church was born December 17, 1934 in Chicago to Tony and Rose (nee Giampietro) Rago. She died April 18, 2010 at Alexian Brother Medical Center in Elk Grove Village.

Theresa enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren. She loved working in her backyard and ponds. She also enjoyed taking trips to Las Vegas, socializing with friends and spending evenings relaxing in her sunroom watching Wheel of Fortune.

Survivors include her children Mary (Salvatore) DiCarlo, Carol (Steven) Milke and William (Jana) Church; grandchildren Santo, Nick, Erik, Mario, Tim and Alex; her sister Rose Mary Rago and her cousins Mary Ann (Late Louis) Castagna and Sister Dorothy Larson S.P.

Theresa is preceded in death by her husband Ronald Eric Church and by her parents.

Visitation from 3 until 9 PM, Tuesday, April 20, 2010 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights. Prayers 9:15 AM, Wednesday, at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., to St. Cecilia Catholic Church, 700 S. Meier Rd., Mt. Prospect for Mass at 10 AM. Burial at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Hillside, IL.
