away on April 17,
2009 in Arlington
Heights.
She is survived by
her children, Judy
(Don) Case of
Littleton, CO,
Thomas (Sue) Clark
of Arlington Heights
and Barry Clark of
Algonquin; six
grandchildren; ten
great-grandchildren;
and her sister,
Dorothy (Tom) Cates
of Grayslake.
She was preceded in
death by her parents
and her husband,
Bernard Clark.
Visitation Monday,
April 20, 2009 from
12:00 PM until the
time of funeral Mass
at 1:00 PM at St.
Mary of the
Annunciation Church
at Freemont Center,
22333 W. Erhart Rd.,
Mundelein. Interment
will be at the St.
Mary of the
Annunciation Church
Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers
memorials may be
made to Heartland
Hospice, 220 N.
Smith St. Suite 420,
Palatine, IL 60067.
