Richard Harold Flodin was born October 22, 1935 in Chicago to Stanford and Lorine (nee Stumm) Flodin. He died April 20, 2008 at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge.
Mr. Flodin is survived by his daughter Ellen (Michael) Flodin-McLaughlin; his grandchildren Lilli and Catherine McLaughlin and his siblings Harvey (Joan) Flodin and Beverly Flodin; his niece Lorine and nephew Scott and his long time friend Lois Frisch.
Richard is preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation Thursday April 24, 2008 from 4 until 9 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights. Funeral service 10 AM, Friday, at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd.
