Thomas H. Patton
Of Prospect Heights
Thomas H. Patton was born on February 18, 1935 in Chicago to Louis and Anne (nee Plescher) Patton. He passed away on April 13, 2008 in Prospect Heights.
Thomas was active in all ministries at St. Alphonsus Ligouri Catholic Church. He worked for Binzel Industries in Rolling Meadows for over 20 years.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Joyce (nee Haerr), his children, Robert (Mary) Patton of Hudson, OH, Jeffrey (Mary) Patton of Lake Bluff, Mary Ann (Joe) Gross of New Lenox, Timothy (Sue) Patton of Evanston, Gregory Patton of South Elgin and Thomas A. (Liana) Patton of Arlington Heights, his grandchildren, Julie, Jennifer, Michael, Laura, Tommy, Megan, Charlie, Timmy, Danny, Joe, Gavin, Katie, Rachel, Amanda, Sammy and Danny, and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Lois (the late Bob) Minaglia.
Visitation 3-9 PM Wednesday at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights and from 9:00 AM until the time of Mass at 10:00 AM at St. Alphonsus Church, 411 N. Wheeling Road, Prospect Heights, IL 60070. Interment private.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Robert P. Heinz Endowment Fund in care of St. Alphonsus Church or to the Wellness Place, 1619 W. Colonial Parkway, Palatine, IL 60067.
