Kent M. Danes

Kent M. Danes was born in Chicago to Adolph and Bernice (nee Martin) Danes. He passed away Friday, April 27, 2007 in Buffalo Grove.

Kent was a great fan of Chicago sports, especially the Chicago Cubs. He loved his career of 11 years as a credit manager with Commerce Clearing House, he was an avid movie buff and enjoyed bowling.

Mr. Danes is survived by his wife, Geri H. (nee Hunt) whom he married on November 20, 1971, in Gross Point, MI; his daughter, Kathleen Danes; his siblings, Sharon Frank of Rolling Meadows, Sheila Kusch of Schaumburg, Curt (Margaret) Danes of Chicago and Deborah (Jeff) Andreu of Algonquin; many nieces and nephews; and many dear friends.

Kent is preceded in death by his parents; and his brothers-in-law, Glenn Frank and William Kusch.

Visitation 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM, Monday, April 30, 2007 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (four blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights. Prayers 9:15 AM, Tuesday, May 1, 2007 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., to St. Mary Catholic Church 10 N. Buffalo Grove Road, Buffalo Grove for Mass at 10:00 AM. Interment All Saints Cemetery.
