Patricia D. Soltysik was born in Chicago on December 29, 1956. She passed away in Park Ridge on April 5, 2007.

She is survived by her husband, Steven, her daughters, Aida and Constance, her sister in law, Louise Goes and her brother in law, Alan (Mary) Soltysik.

Visitation 3:00 until 9:00 PM Monday, April 09, 2007 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (four blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights and from 9:00 AM until the time of funeral mass at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, April 10, 2007 at St. Cecilia Church, 700 S. Meier Rd., Mt. Prospect.

Interment private.
