Derek J. Semler

Derek J. Semler was born in Chicago on May 26, 1988.  He passed away Thursday, April 13, 2006 in Park Ridge.

He is survived by his parents, Deborah Henslee Semler and Steven (Kathleen) Semler, his sisters, Keely Ann and Kelly Rosaleen, his brother, Kevin James, his grandfather John Semler, his grandmother Rosaleen Benson, his great-grandmother, Doris V. Semler, and his many aunts, uncles and cousins.

He is preceded in death by His grandmother Naomi Semler and his grandfather Martin Henslee.
 
Visitation from 3 until 9 PM Monday, April 17, 2006 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights.  Mass 11:30 AM Tuesday, April 18, 2006 at St. James Church, 831 N. Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights.  Interment Ridgewood Cemetery.
