Nancy A. Konopka was born July 6, 1936 in Chicago to Harry and Frances (nee Novotny) Schumacher. She died March 15, 2013 at West Suburban Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Bloomingdale.

Nancy is survived by her children Michael Konopka, Andrew (Bernadette) Konopka, Denise (Tim) Eilrich and Patrick Konopka ; her grandchildren Melissa, Jack, Paige, Scott, Cassidy, Russell, Matthew and Benjamin.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation from 3 until 8 PM, Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights and 9:30 AM Thursday, March 21, 2013 at Holy Family Catholic Church, 2515 W. Palatine Rd., Inverness until Mass at 10:30 AM. Burial at Bohemian National Cemetery.
