Dorothy R. Lazzare was born October 2, 1917 in Arlington Heights to Charles and Ann (nee Richter) Heisch. She died March 29, 2012 in Arlington Heights.

Dorothy is survived by her daughter Chere (Kenneth) Meyers; granddaughters Kristin and Kathryn.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband Raymond J. Lazzare; her sisters Florence (Herman) LaLanda and Charlotte (late Warren) Skully and her sister in law Lee (late Edward) Wojtas.

Visitation Monday, April 2, 2012 from 9:15 AM to 9:45 AM at St. Edna Catholic Church, 2525 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington, Funeral Mass at 10 AM. Interment will be at Memory Gardens Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to Season’s Hospice, 6400 Shafer Court, Rosemont, IL 60018 or the Military Order of the Purple Heart Service Foundation, Inc., 7008 Little River Turnpike, PO Box 49, Annandale, VA 22003
