Dennis R. Howland was born on August 5, 1946 in Chicago to Henry and Beverly (nee Tally) Howland. He died Saturday, March 24, 2012 in Barrington.

Dennis is survived by his Children; Megan M. Howland, Lindsey (Trevor) Ragsdale; Best Friend, Melinda Hoyne: Grandchildren - Christian M. Ragsdale, Carter T. Ragsdale; Brother, David (Colleen) Howland; Niece, Jennifer (Tom) McGowen, and Nephew - Robbie (Heather) Howland; and the many incredible friends that were special to Denny.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation Saturday, March 31, 2012 from 1:00 PM until the time of the Memorial Service at 4:00 PM at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 North Arlington Hts. Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60004 (4 blocks south of Palatine Road).

In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to The Buddy Foundation, 65 W. Seegers Road, Arlington Heights, Illinois 60005, and Hospice of Northeastern Illinois, 410 S. Hagar, Barrington, IL 60010.
