Stanley Chwaszczewski was born October 31, 1934 in Chicago to Joseph and Helena (nee Olszewska) Chwaszczewski. He died on Saturday, March 26, 2011 at the Pepper Family Hospice of Barrington.

He is survived by his children, Alan (Diane McCaffrey) Chwaszczewski, and Brian (Renee) Chwaszczewski; his grandchildren, Kelly (Adam) Huhn, and Brian Chwaszczewski; his great-granddaughter, Grace Huhn; and his many nieces and nephews.

Stanley is preceded in death and safely home with his loving wife, Helen (nee Mencel) Chwaszczewski; his son, Mark Chwaszczewski; his parents; and his seven brothers and sisters.

Visitation from 4:00 PM until time of Funeral Service 8:00 PM, Tuesday, March 29, 2011at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights. Interment is private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the American Diabetes Assn., 30 N. Michigan Ave., Suite #2015, Chicago, IL 60602.
