Milton M. Kvinge
Of Palatine

Milton M. Kvinge was born August 23, 1923 in Chicago to Melvin and Nora (Lokken) Kvinge. He died on Tuesday, March 15, 2011 at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights.

Mr. Kvinge lived most of his life in Chicago and Palatine where he raised his family. He worked as an Insurance Adjuster and retired in Coleta, Illinois.

He is survived by his children, Marc Kvinge, Laurie (Mark) Sperry, Donna (Jeff) Gfeller, Debbie (Mike) Slawinski, and Cherie Kvinge; his grandchildren, Tyler, Courtney, Jennifer, Daniel and Michelle; his sister, Dr. Virginia E. Kvinge; and his niece, Britta Puttman.

Milton is preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Doris (Chapman) Kvinge; and by his parents.

Visitation from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM, Friday, March 18, 2011 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights. Funeral Service 10:00 Saturday, March 19, 2011 at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church, 1234 N. Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights. Interment is at Stravanger Lutheran Church Cemetery in Seneca, Illinois.
