Joseph John Marsillo
Of Arlington Heights

Joseph John Marsillo was born on July 12, 1983 in Chicago to Sam and Deborah (nee Soreng) Marsillo. He died on March 21, 2010 at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood.

Joseph was a UIC graduate and worked for the Village of Wheeling. Joseph enjoyed music, watching and playing sports as well as collecting sports memorabilia. He played baseball for his High School and Legion ball for post #208. He loved spending time with many friends and family.

He is survived by his parents, his brother Anthony, his grandmother Nicolina Marsillo, his uncles Joseph (Rosa) Marsillo and John Soreng, and his aunt Arlene Soreng.

Joseph was preceded in death by his grandparents, Joseph Marsillo and John and Norine Soreng, his uncle Robert (Leslie) Soreng and his aunt Barbara (Lee) Westman.

Visitation Wednesday, March 24, 2010 from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights and 9:00 AM, Thursday, March 25, 2010 at St. Edna Catholic Church 2525 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights until time of Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM, day at St. Edna Church. Interment will be at All Saints Cemetery, .
