Brian G. Fait, P.E., formerly of Arlington Heights, was born August 23, 1981 to George R. and Joan M. (nee Sciurba) Fait. He died on Monday, March 8, 2010 in Chicago.

Brian graduated with honors from Wheeling High School in 2000. He was active in baseball, soccer, and played the trumpet in the Symphony and Jazz bands. Brian was a 2004 graduate of the University of Illinois in Champaign Urbana, College of Engineering and was a member of the Sigma Alpha Mu Fraternity. He was currently enrolled at the Illinois Institute of Technology for a Masters of Engineering degree. Brian was employed by AECOM Transportation for five years and was a Licensed Professional Engineer in the Structural Midwest Division.

He is survived by his parents; his sister, Sara Marie Fait of Chicago; his grandparents, George and Eleanor Fait, and Carl and Catherine Sciurba; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM Sunday, March 14, 2010 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights and Monday, March 15, 2010 at St. Edna Catholic Church 2525 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights from 9:00 AM until time of Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM, at St. Edna Church. Interment will be at All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines.

Brian, the outpouring of love by your family and friends has been overwhelming and it shows that you were a special person. You will be deeply missed and will never be forgotten and always loved. We will reunite again one day. Love, Dad, Mom, Sara and Family.
