Victoria H. Macey
of Eagan, Minn., formerly of Oak Brook

Victoria was preceded in death by her loving husband, Henry, her siblings, William, Fred, Ed and Anne Dudek and Therese Barcal; her daughter-in-law, Carla Macey; sister-in-law, Jean Dudek and brother-in-law, Edward Macey.

Victoria H. Macey was born on November 19, 1917 in Chicago to William F. and Anna Sophie (nee Knebel) Dudek. She passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on March 12, 2008.

She is survived by her children, Christine (Dennis) Brady, William (Georgiana) and Robert Macey, her grandchildren, Anne (Jim) Kane, James (Trassel) Brady, Karen (Rick) Peterson, Deborah (Javier) Ruiz, William (Katherine), Todd and Lauren Macey, Ryan and Alyssa Macey, her great-grandchildren, Thomas, Michael and Christine Kane, Justin and Daniel Brady, Julia, Sophia and Maria Peterson, Isabel and Gabriela Ruiz and William Macey; sister-in-law, Genevieve Dudek; brother-in-law, William Barcal and many loving nieces and nephews.

Victoria was an extremely generous and thoughtful woman who loved her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren above all else. We will miss her dearly, but know that she will be with us always.

Visitation from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Sunday, March 16, 2008 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights. Prayers 8:45 AM, Monday, March 17, 2008 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., to Our Lady of the Wayside Church, 440 S. Mitchell, Arlington Heights for Mass at 9:30 AM.
