George Krueger
Of Arlington Heights

George Krueger was born May 9, 1920 in, Chicago. He died Friday, March 17, 2006 at Claremont Rehab & Living Center I Buffalo Grove.

Before retiring Mr. Krueger was a special agent with the Treasury Department and an investigator with the State of Illinois and Cook County. During his retirement he volunteered for AARP in the Tax Aide Program for over 20 years. George served in the Army during WW II

His survivors include his wife of 61 years, Irene nee Mack whom he married February 17, 1945; and his daughter Christine Krueger of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Funeral service 7:00 PM, Tuesday, March 21, 2006 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights. Visitation from 3:00 PM until time of Service at 7:00 PM Tuesday. Interment private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Friends of the Arlington Heights Memorial Library, 500 N. Dunton Ave., Arlington Heights, IL 60004 or to Luther Memorial Church, 2500 W. Wilson, Chicago, IL 60625.
